🔔 Setting up to receive notifications
You can set up receiving message notifications in the following 2 ways:
Receive notifications as soon as there is a message from a customer.
Receive periodic summary notifications.
📲 Text right on your phone
Search for customers by name, message content, or sent file.
Send images with clear quality. In addition, OA can send messages in other formats such as: files, stickers, instant messages.
Labeling and storing customer information.
📞 Simple voice calling
📞Enable/disable the call receiving function
Each operator can proactively choose to enable/disable the call receiving function on their individual phone. How to proceed: Go to Mini App - OA manager, select Settings → select Turn on/off receiving calls.
⚠ Note: To use the voice calling feature, OA needs to be installed
