Types of valid authentication documents: The OA name is a brand name/trademark that has been certified by the National Office of Intellectual Property.
The element of verifying a brand name/trademark is a document proving the legality of the OA-registered Enterprise/HKD in owning or having the right to use the registered brand/trademark in the territory of Vietnam. according to regulations of the Law. Please review carefully and choose a valid brand name verification factor.

Note:
- Business Household Registration Certificate is only authenticated for 1 single OA;
- For trademarks not registered in Vietnam, documents must be a photo/scan of the original in English or a notarized Vietnamese translation.

OA authentication approval policy and process:
OA authentication approval process:
Zalo OA Management Board will approve OA authentication request according to the process and policy within 7 working days, however in some cases cases, it may take longer;
During the approval process, Zalo OA Board of Directors may request OA to provide additional information or other documents with the purpose of ensuring that the Enterprise/HKD has been registered for establishment and is operating in accordance with Vietnamese law. ;
Authentication results will be sent by text message to the OA Administrator and notified in the "System messages" section on the OA admin page at https://oa.zalo.me/manage/oa
Steps to take if OA is denied authentication: The
OA administrator carefully reads the response in the message from the Zalo OA Board of Directors to re-authenticate by re-supplying the set of authentication documents, including: set of previously submitted authentication documents along with additional requested documents/information;
In case OA is required to adjust name, introduction information or avatar/cover photo, Admin please visit https://oa.zalo.me/manage/profile or select Management → Select Profile OA news → Select the “Edit” button.
