Types of valid authentication documents: The OA name is named after the name of the Enterprise or Business Household on the Business Registration Certificate

Note:
- Business Household Registration Certificate is only authenticated for 1 single OA;
- If it is a Business Location Registration Certificate, please name the OA according to: [business name] + [business location]. For example: ABC Mart Vung Tau branch; Company XYZ District 1 branch;
- If the registered name of a business/household business has a broad meaning, for example: Southern Equipment, please add a prefix with words such as: company, enterprise, business household/HKD, store row.

OA authentication approval policy and process:
OA authentication approval process
Zalo OA Management Board will approve OA authentication request according to the process and policy within 7 working days, however in some cases , may take longer;
During the approval process, Zalo OA Board of Directors may request OA to provide additional information or other documents with the purpose of ensuring that the Enterprise/HKD has been registered for establishment and is operating in accordance with Vietnamese law. ;
Authentication results will be sent by text message to the OA Administrator and notified in the "System messages" section on the OA admin page at https://oa.zalo.me/manage/oa
Necessary steps Execute if OA is refused authentication.
The OA administrator carefully reads the response in the message from the Zalo OA Management Board to re-authenticate by re-supplying the authentication dossier set, including: all authentication documents. previously submitted documents along with additional requested documents/information;
In case OA is required to adjust name, introduction information or avatar/cover photo, Admin please visit https://oa.zalo.me/manage/profile or select Management → Select Profile OA news → Select the “Edit” button.
