Valid authentication documents with Method: OA name is the transaction name
💡 Transaction name can be understood as the name of the type of service, product, project, program that the business or business owner is doing/implementing and is different from the name of the business/business, so for authentication. When the OA name is another transaction name, the OA needs to carefully refer to the following instructions (Click on the image to enlarge).
💡 The transaction name verification factor is documents or information to determine the connection between the OA name (another transaction name) and the business or business.

Please select 2 valid transaction name verification factors (common):
👉 After fully preparing the documents, the administrator needs to access the Management section → Select Account Management → Select "OA authentication" → Select "3. Authenticate by transaction name" to submit the verification documents real OA.
👉 General notes:
- Business Household Registration Certificate is only authenticated for 1 single OA;
- OA name is a transaction name containing a brand name/trademark that has been certified by the National Office of Intellectual Property, the OA reference is authenticated according to Method 2. or change the OA name accordingly;
- OA name is a transaction name based on the website name/domain name, it needs to be placed in the following format: [full name with accents] + [full name and domain address written immediately and not including special characters]
Example : website is hangtonkho.vn, valid OA name: "hangtonkhovn" or "Inventory - hangtonkhovn"
- The information in the transaction name verification element is to serve the verification of the OA name being similar to other transaction names that the business owns. Therefore, the elements provided need to be fully met:
✔️Information about other transaction names
✔️Information related to the owner - business information (including: business name, business address/code enterprise).
✔️Valid licenses/certificates

OA authentication approval policy and process:
OA authentication review process
Zalo OA Management Board will review OA authentication request according to the process and policy within 7 business days, however in some cases it may take longer;
During the approval process, Zalo OA Board of Directors may request OA to provide additional information or other documents with the purpose of ensuring that the Enterprise/HKD has been registered for establishment and is operating in accordance with Vietnamese law. ;
Authentication results will be sent by text message to the OA Administrator and notified in the "System messages" section on the OA admin page at https://oa.zalo.me/manage/oa
Steps to take if OA is denied authentication. The
OA administrator carefully reads the response in the message from the Zalo OA Management Board to re-authenticate by re-supplying the authentication documents, including: all previously submitted authentication documents along with additional requested documents/information;
In case OA is required to adjust name, introduction information or avatar/cover photo, Admin please visit https://oa.zalo.me/manage/profile or select Management → Select Profile OA news → Select the “Edit” button.
