Delivered: you have paid but the supplier has not yet delivered the goods

Waiting to receive: means you have received the goods and are waiting for you to come here to confirm that you have received the goods

Refunding and returning: after you receive the goods and find that they do not comply with the commitment, are not the right design, size... then click here to refund.

Evaluation: after receiving the goods and confirming the correct specifications, design, and size, you will come here to evaluate the product.
