Are pregnant women.
Traveling with babies under 2 years old.

Passengers in the above cases who are not allowed to check in online should check in directly at the airline's counter at the airport.

online check-in process for Vietnam Airlines flight tickets is carried out as follows:
Step 1: Open the web browser on your phone, access Vietnam Airlines' website at https://www.vietnamairlines.com /vn/vi/home. Click on "Check in" in the lower left corner of the screen, next to Flight status.
Step 2: Select the "Reservation code (PNR)" field, then fill in the information boxes including: Reservation code, Last name, Departure point corresponding to the booked ticket information. Then click the Check-in button;
Step 3: Check the information "Your flight itinerary". Read carefully the dangerous items that are prohibited from being brought on the plane. Click "Agree to Continue" to move to the next step.
Step 4: Check the passenger list. Click the "Add information" button to fill in the "Gender" of each passenger. Then select "Continue".
Step 5: See the seat map on the plane and choose a seat. Light yellow seats are empty, select the seat you want and click "Select seat" to confirm the seat. At this point, the chair color you choose will change to dark yellow. If there are many passengers with the same ticket code, you select seats for each person in turn. After selecting, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Continue" to complete the selection.
Step 6: The system confirms that you have successfully completed the online check-in procedure. Click on the "Trip Options" button and select "Email boarding pass" or "Print boarding pass" depending on your needs. Please save your boarding pass in your phone or print it out so you can use it when you go to the airport.
